Very nice hotel!

We spent very good time in this little, quiet, well decorated and perfectly located hotel. The staff was helpful and smiling. The pool was the perfect place to watch the sunset.

This is a Zen-like property, a real oasis of calm in Cartagena. the staff was fantastic. Even that the pool area was being fixed they accommodated me staying there and it was so truly amazing to watch the sunset. The rooms are great, mine had only a small window which normally would bother me but it was such a great large and well designed room that it did not bother me at all. It's right next to a very nice club (but not noisy) and La Vitrolla, one of the best restaurants in town.

Perfect boutique hotel in Cartagena center

Beautiful old colonial house impeccably refurbished and maintained. Clean with all the necessities needed. Amazing rooftop pool with views over the city wall and ocean where you can perfectly watch the sunset and the lights of the city turn on. Staff were very friendly, professional and gave great recommendations. 1 min walk outside of the busier roads so extremely quite yet close to everything. Highly recommendable!

Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance during the day as it’s low season but the staff where very nice and kept us informed of what time it would be available to use.

Elevator at the hotel location.

There was a constant musky humid smell in the room even with the AC on. The room was small. The shower was located in the room with no separation so when you are taking a shower, it increased levels of humidity to the room.

Worth a return visit

Very refined hotel located in an beautiful Cartagenean house. The hotel has only 7 rooms, so clearly you cannot expect the same level of amenities you would find in a hotel of 200 keys. Everything is done with a lot of taste and refinement. The finishing in the room is what you expect from a hotel in this category. Beautiful views over the sea and old city from the roof terrace.

Not much. Breakfast (which is à la carte as there are too few rooms to offer a full buffet) could be richer. Service could be a tit bit faster.

Amazing place to stay!

The house is amazing ! Decor, facilities, ocean view from the roof terraze. The location is perfect. Walking distance to any where within the historical town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. John was taking care of all our needs even outside the hotel (dinner reservations, tour to the beach, etc). The breakfast is just delicious. We highly recommend this place!

-Location in the historic center.

-Location in the historic center. It was in a quiet place yet very close to everything; -Nicely decorated boutique hotel with homey feeling; the room was surprisingly spacious; -The hotel staff didn't charge for the water from the minibar, since it was their fault that no complimentary water was put in the room after assuring me several times that they would put it.

-Only two breakfast menu choices, which didn't vary during my stay; -The only window in my room (nr. 4) was a small porthole; -Upon check-in no information is given on excursion/activities options. There are booklets in the room about restaurants and bars, though.

This hotel could easily be much better - it lacks the finishing touches.

A lovely colonial building that has been recently renovated to a high standard and in a great location for the old town. It has all the foundations to be a great hotel - now just add the finishing touches.

We arrived after checkin time following a 7 hour road journey and our room wasn’t ready for over an hour. There was no apology. The room was also very noisy due to being next to Movida nightclub and the fact we could hear everything the people in the next room said - we had to sleep with earplugs, as the sounds came directly through the walls. Overall, the hotel feels soulless and is missing the small, inexpensive, yet big impact touches that could make a huge difference: like a friendly welcome; a few words in the room welcoming you to the hotel and giving you information, or even mini bar prices; a glass to drink out of; some earplugs for the noise at night.

Sweet boutique in great location

Great location inside the old city with a rooftop pool for watching the sunset. Friendly and helpful staff (thanks Alexander), comfortable clean and quiet rooms, tasty breakfast, and an enormous shower! The AC was strong and the robes were very plush. I loved the double closets. Feels like a little oasis in busy Cartagena.

These are very very small things but would be nice: faucet handles for hot and cold were switched in our room (we thought the hot water was weak but turns out it was just hiding under the cold knob!). Add lotion and hand soap to the amenities. Double the size of the complimentary water and provide prices for the minibar. Keep some pool towels by the pool. All very tiny suggestions - otherwise we loved our stay!!

Canceled other reservations for our last days in Cartagena and returned to Noi Cartagena!

Excellent location and very quiet! Staff were extremely helpful, very friendly and kind! Facilities were lovely and comfortable. Rooftop lounge, pool area was perfect!
